1.2 Conclusion of the contract:

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
If you like a product, you can add it to the shopping cart with a click of the mouse, which can be viewed at any time, where you can select the number of products and remove products. If you want to buy the selected products in the shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button. There you can view everything again after entering your personal data and your preferred payment method so that the order corresponds to your wishes.

By clicking the “Buy now” button, you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page.
Your purchase contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation of your order by email immediately after receiving your order.

The text of the contract will be saved for you on our internal systems. We can make these available to you electronically at your express request. The generally applicable contractual language here is German. We reserve the right that the goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

2. Right of withdrawal:

2.1 Consequences of the revocation:

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the inexpensive standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.

In addition to the prices stated on the website, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of € 3.95 for delivery. This means that the costs incurred for delivery are only covered to a limited extent. Samis GmbH takes care of the rest for its customers.
The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

We use the parcel delivery company DHL to ship the goods. The delivery time is 1 - 3 working days after receipt of payment or debiting of your account. We point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made by DHL to the delivery address you specified from the warehouse in an insured package.

4. Payment information:

Payment can be made either in advance or on account. If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. With the PayPal payment method, you can use their free direct debit or pay with your PayPal credit. The goods will then be sent immediately. You can pay with us with the credit cards MasterCard, Visa and American Express. After your legitimation as the legal cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged. Since 2021/3 you can also pay for goods in our shop via ApplePay. Another payment option is Giropay. You can easily pay with your debit card. In Germany and Austria you can also pay by invoice. Please note that purchase on account is only possible up to an order value of € 150.00. In this case we ask you to transfer the invoice amount to us within 10 days. You will find all the information you need about the transfer in your order confirmation or the invoice enclosed with the delivery.

5. Dispute resolution:

6. Applicable law:

8. Gift card:

The following extended terms of use apply to the purchase of goods through the use of gift cards from Samis GmbH. The gift cards are available in different price variants with a value of € 25, € 50, € 80 and € 100.
The gift card can only be redeemed once per order. It is possible to use multiple gift cards for one order. After using the gift card, it expires and loses its validity. In the event of a return, the value of the gift card will be credited back to you. There is no payment here. Gift cards can be redeemed at any time before completing your order on the shopping cart page. Subsequent billing is not possible. Various other costs can arise from, for example, shipping.
