My account

 

What is "My Account"?

You will find your personal area in the Samis online shop under "My Account". You can register here free of charge at any time, even without placing an order. Here you can manage your address data and view your last orders.

 

How do I register in the Samis online shop?

The easiest way to register is by placing an order. After entering your address data in the ordering process, you can choose whether a customer account should be created for you. This will be created for you immediately after you have been assigned a password. Alternatively, you can find the "My Account" area at the top right of the website, where you also have the option of creating an account as a new customer.

 

Do I have to register in order to be able to order in the Samis online shop?

Of course, you can also order from the Samis online shop at any time without registering. With a registration, however, you can easily access your saved address data, you do not have to re-enter it for each order and you can view your last orders.

 

Where can I change my address details?

After you have logged in under "My Account", you can change your address under "Address Book". Simply click on "Change billing address" or "Change delivery address" and enter your new address details.

 

What if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can request it again on every page on which your password is requested by clicking on "Forgot your password". To do this, enter the e-mail address with which you are registered in the Samis online shop. We will immediately send you an email containing a link that you can use to change your password.

 

Ordering and shipping

 

Which countries does Samis deliver to?

We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. In the near future we can also offer you other delivery countries.

Can I also order by phone?

You can conveniently place your order around the clock in the Samis online shop. Of course, you can also order by phone. You can reach our service team from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  here .

 

What are the shipping costs for an order?

When you order, there are shipping costs of € 3.95. This will be shown to you at every point in time of your purchase. Your package will be sent with DHL.  

Which payment methods does the Samis online shop offer?

In order to make your purchase in the Samis online shop as convenient and secure as possible, we offer you the payment methods invoice, PayPal, credit card, ApplePay and Giropay. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases. We generally do not send purchases with higher order values on account.

 

When will my account be charged?

If you pay by credit card, ApplePay or PayPal, your card account will be debited at the time of purchase.

 

How long does the delivery take?

Immediately available goods will be delivered to you via DHL within three working days after receipt of your order. If you order an article that cannot be delivered immediately, we will inform you of this by email as soon as possible.  

Payment Methods

 

1. Pay by credit card

Pay conveniently and securely by credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. If the goods are returned, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to your card account after we have received the return.

 

2. Pay by invoice

Pay cashless via bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the invoice. Please note that the purchase of goods on account is only possible up to a value of 150.00 €. You can find more information  here .

 

3. Pay by PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service from PayPal (Europe) S.à.rL & Cie., SCA. To use this payment method, you need a PayPal account. With PayPal you can simply pay by entering your email address and password. Your PayPal account will then be debited with the amount of your order.

 

 

Returns and exchanges

 

Can I return items that I have ordered?

If you do not like an article or do not fit, you can of course send the unworn goods back to us within 14 days.

 

Is the return free of charge for me?

You will have to pay for a return shipment. You are required to pay the shipping costs for the return to Samis GmbH. You will find all the necessary data  here .

 

How can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return it and place a new order.

 

How is the credit made for a return?

In the case of a return, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited to the respective account after receipt of the return in our house.

How can I redeem a gift card?

If you would like to redeem a gift card, you can enter it directly in the shopping cart in the "Voucher code" field. Please pay attention to the redemption conditions and the validity of your voucher code. All vouchers can only be redeemed once.

 

Newsletter

How can I register for the Samis newsletter?

If you would like to be informed about the latest offers in the future, you can subscribe to our newsletter. To do this, you can enter your e-mail address in the field provided in the "Newsletter" section. After you have given your email address, we will send you an email with a confirmation link.

 

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you do not want to receive any further offers from us, you will find a link at the bottom of every newsletter to unsubscribe.
