Felt hats

The felt hat - probably the most classic autumn / winter hat

It protects against the cold and drizzle and keeps your head comfortably warm. There are many different types and qualities of felt.

The felt blank, also known as the pillar, is heated strongly and drawn onto the desired wooden shape with the help of steam. It is very important that the raw material never cools down. 

After the felt has been carefully pulled up and all areas smoothed, the final touch is applied to the blank using a special felt brush.

Then it is dried and individually decorated for the customer.
