Here you can find out everything about shipping your parcel
The delivery time is 1 - 3 working days after receipt of payment or debiting of your account. We point out any deviating delivery times on the respective product page. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made by DHL to the delivery address you specified from the warehouse in an insured package.
The prices quoted on the product pages include VAT and other price components excluding shipping costs.
In addition to the prices stated on the website, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of € 3.95 for delivery.
This means that the costs incurred for delivery are only covered to a limited extent. We'll take care of the rest for you!
If, when placing your order, you discover that you have ordered the wrong color or / and size of a product, please feel free to inform us about this error. Normally, the goods you have ordered leave our warehouse after 2 working days at the latest and are then deemed to have been shipped. You are welcome to send the goods back to us, we will of course be happy to exchange them for you! For the return of the goods that have already been sent, you have to bear the return costs. We will send you the goods that are later exchanged for you free of charge!
If we send you the wrong goods, we ask for your forgiveness. Please contact and inform us about theerror. You can send the goods back to us, we will fix the relevant error and send the goods to you again. In the event of a wrong shipment on our part, you will not incur any further shipping or processing costs at any time.
If you return the goods, you will have to pay shipping costs. You are required to pay the shipping costs for the return to Samis GmbH. More details can be found in our Cancellation policy .
